Just like you, I love macarons! I fell in love with them after trying the famous Laduree in New York City.  In Las Vegas, it is hard to find macarons that have the right texture, taste, and look pretty!  I was inspired to make my own!  After casually baking them here and there over the years, I finally shared them with family, close friends, and coworkers.  They grew so popular, that I was able to start making my macarons for a wider range of clientele!

Although macarons can be a challenging dessert to make, I do enjoy the creativity aspect of it in both design and flavor! Our family loves cheering on our professional sports teams here in Vegas. You might catch us at one of the games!

Our participation in community-based events, pop-ups, and art/cultural/food festivals have given us the opportunity to thrive and reach more clients. It was an honor to have participated as a vendor in the Asian Night Market put on by the Asian Community Development Council (ACDC) and the OCA Las Vegas.  I have also worked with a local non-profit organization, The Remissionaries, to help raise money for their comfort crates used by breast cancer patients during and after chemotherapy.

Over the last couple years, I have worked seamlessly with other small businesses.  Collaborating and having mutual support allowed for more opportunities of growth.  Our macarons have been featured on some of the most creative custom cakes in Las Vegas!

  

In July 2021, I was featured as one of the top 25 female entrepreneurs in the Las Vegas Entrepreneurs Magazine.
